Reimaginaciones Transnacionales

This report combines Critical Race Theory (CRT) and Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL) to uncover how race and empire operate within international law, and explores the limits and emancipatory potential of law to dismantle trans-national structures of racial and colonial subordination. Trans-National Re-Imaginings is intended to be a resource for students, practitioners, and scholars who are interested in thinking critically about race and human rights.
