Amicus Brief Submitted to IACtHR for its Advisory Opinion on the Climate Emergency and Human Rights (2023)

In Dec. 2023, we submitted an amicus brief to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACtHR) on behalf of the former UNSR Racism E. Tendayi Achiume with the support of UCLA Law’s International Human Rights Clinic directed by S. Priya Morley, together with the Promise Institute for Human Rights at UCLA Law.
