Subject: Information received concerning violations of human rights and international humanitarian law committed in the context of Tatmadaw operations across Myanmar, including deliberate attacks on civilians, summary executions, indiscriminate attacks on population centers, arbitrary detentions, destruction of civilian homes, looting, gender-based violence, use of civilians as human shields, occupation of medical facilities, obstruction of humanitarian aid, use of starvation as a weapon of war, persecution based on religion, and mass forced displacement.
